REM Occazio believes every person deserves to live well. Our caring team helps people with intellectual and developmental disabilities become more independent so they can live their best life. We get to know each person we serve so we can learn about their needs and goals. We then create a plan of service just for them, with a unique mix of supports designed to help them thrive.

ICF/IID Services

Our ICF/IID homes, also known as group homes, are warm, welcoming homes that provide daily living support so adults with disabilities and medical needs can live more independently. Services are tailored to the unique needs of each person we serve, from 24/7 support in the home to support participating in activities in the community. Depending on each person’s needs, supports may include:

• Nursing care
• Medication management
• Daily living skill-building such as cooking and personal care
• Social skills development
• Fun activities in the home and community
• Transportation

Each of our ICF homes has a nurse who works with each person served and other medical providers to help ensure adults feel their best every day.
